PropertySimple's Year in Review: New Features, Plans, and Milestones

2020 is (finally) coming to a close and we couldn’t be more excited to see what the new year brings. 

We’re proud that despite this years challenges, we were able to help our agents generate leads and grow their businesses and add tons of new features that have made our product even more effective.

So, without further ado, let’s take a moment to reflect on what went down at PropertySimple in 2020 🤗

Just Sold Ads

One of our first tasks this year was helping you get more seller leads! Our Just Sold Ads combine the awesome video technology that Listing and Open House Ads use, paired with our automated targeting, making it possible to generate a Professional Just Sold ad in a few clicks.

Price reduction ads

You asked, and we listened! Reach targeted audiences on Facebook and Instagram with all of your price reductions.

New & Improved CRM

One of the biggest expansions of our product was our new and improved CRM. We added tons of new functionality to make your follow up a breeze. And we’re not done yet! Stay tuned next year for even more cool additions 🤗

Call transcriptions & recording, and call forwarding: To make following up with your leads as quick and easy as possible, we added a calling feature to our CRM with call recording, transcription, and forwarding built in.

Automatic texting & texting drips: with automated texting we help you establish contact with your lead as soon as they express interest. Taking it a step further, we created a drip of follow up texts to nurture and convert your leads via text message. Talk about a time-saver!

Automatic emails: you no longer have to worry about manually emailing all of your new leads! Our system will now follow up with each lead with an automated email on your behalf, saving you even more time and helping you establish contact with your leads. And can you keep a secret? Next year you’ll see even more emailing features…think automated email sequences and more!

Sentiment Analysis & AI Detected Hot Leads

This year we launched a new Artificial Intelligence system that will scan your lead’s responses to that initial text message. If it deems the lead’s response to be high-intent, it will flag that lead as “hot” and notify you via text immediately.

Looking back at 2020, we feel so grateful for all of the incredible agents that we work with who have made this product come to life! It’s been a huge year for us and we cannot wait to see what 2021 brings. We know for sure that it will be filled with new features and exciting announcements…so we’ll be in touch in the new year!
