To turn on call recording, simply go to your settings tab inside your PropertySimple account and scroll down to “Automatic Lead Follow Up”. Click on the toggle so that shows a green checkmark to turn on call recording for all of your calls!
You can also turn on call recording in your lead details. Just click the green button to turn it on!
Once you’ve turned on call recording, we’ll automatically record all of your calls and save them in your lead details so that you can go back and re-listen to them at any time. Just click the play button to start listening. We recognize that in real estate, you often discuss private information with your buyers or sellers, which is why we’ve prioritized security when storing your call recordings.
An integral feature of our CRM is that any time a lead calls your PropertySimple phone number, we’ll forward the call to your cell phone. To ensure that you don’t miss a single detail, we’ll also record all forwarded calls and store them in your CRM 🤗
