In this blog, we’ve put together a little FAQ for questions agents have asked us about our product and some things we think you should know in general! So let’s get started:

Q: What does CRM stand for?

A: CRM is short for Customer Relationship Management. It is a software or system that helps agents to manage their clients and easily turn leads into long term clients. Think of a CRM as an online database where you can easily communicate with clients and build a relationship from start to finish!

Q: How does a CRM work?

A: A CRM allows agents to track client and potential client interactions through various available channels, such as contact forms, emails, phone calls, and more. It provides a set of tools to manage the entire sales and marketing funnel, from lead qualification to nurturing, and deal closure. Through your CRM you can manage conversations with clients and automate communication by following predefined emails and messages generated by the system.

Q: What are the benefits of a CRM system?

A: There are almost too many benefits that we don’t even know where to start! Once you are set up with your CRM you can also ask our Customer Success team to walk you through the process and assist you in uploading your leads. Also remember that our CRM pulls in leads from social interactions on content posted to your Facebook Business page. Once a contact is created, we'll alert you to take action!

Q: Is there any automatic follow-up? Can you email or text from the CRM?

A: Yes! With PropertySimple’s CRM, each time you get a new lead, we immediately enroll them in an 8-step email and text message sequence designed to nurture and convert! You can edit this sequence and also choose which messages you want to send and when!
