Never Miss a Hot Lead

Whenever you get a new lead, we’ll automatically send them a text message on your behalf to start the conversation. We think that’s pretty neat, but here’s where it gets even better: we’ve launched a new Artificial Intelligence system that will scan your lead’s responses to that initial text message. If it deems the lead’s response to be high-intent, it will flag that lead as “hot” and notify you via text immediately.

When you go to your CRM to follow up with your lead, you’ll notice three things:

Updated Hot Lead Avatar

The first thing you’ll see is that your lead’s avatar is filled in with pink and has a pink flag at the top. This indicates that our system has flagged this lead as a hot lead.

The “Hot” Badge 

Every lead that our system detects as high-intent will get a Hot Lead Badge. You can always remove or add this badge in your lead details.

What your lead is interested in

To give you as much information as possible, our artificial intelligence will also detect what your lead is interested in. In the second column in your CRM, you’ll see a new column called “AI detected interest in”. Here we’ll give you a quick summary of what your lead would like to learn more about.

Easily Find Your Hot Leads with Updated Sorting

When we were creating this feature, our goal was to make it as easy as possible for you to follow up with high-intent leads. That’s why we’ve added updated sorting to show your high priority leads front and center. Now, when you log in to your account, you’ll immediately see the hot leads with pending tasks at the top so that you can follow up as soon as possible.

You can also use the filters at the top to easily view all of your AI flagged hot leads.
